4. Age Restrictions

5. Access and Entry

Access to the gondola and the casino it serves shall be limited to those who meet all applicable laws and regulations regarding immigration, age restrictions, and conduct rules. The Service reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate service at any time without prior notice.

6. Conduct Rules

Visitors are expected to abide by the rules of the gondola and the casino it serves. This includes but is not limited to: no smoking, no food or drink consumption on board; respect for other riders' space and belongings; adherence to all posted signs and warnings regarding safety procedures.

7. Gaming and Gambling

The Service operates as a physical transportation mechanism only and does not provide online games or betting services. Any gaming activity shall be restricted to the land-based casino at Mont-Tremblant, which is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

8. Security Measures

The gondola ride area and adjacent premises are equipped with security cameras for safety purposes. Video recordings may be used in investigations of incidents involving riders or casino staff members.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to logos, names, graphics) associated with the Service remain vested in its owner/operators.

10. Modifications and Updates

The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website or display in the gondola and casino premises.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, including all exhibits, annexures, schedules, appendices hereto (including but not limited to the definitions section) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and supersedes any previous understandings or agreements between the parties relating thereto.

12. Governing Body

All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed by the parties' joint submission to a mutually acceptable third-party arbitral forum.
